How does online coaching work
Your Rowing Coach.com offers two main coaching methods.
1. Our Fully Online Coaching Package includes the allocation of your own real life coach. Your coach will contact you to gain your current level of training and experience, your goals and training availability. Your programs are sent fortnightly and you have weekly email contact with your coach. Each month your coach is available to review any video footage you have and to talk in person via phone or online. Regardless of where in the world you live, Your Rowing Coach can unsure you are striving for your goals.
2. Alternatively you can purchase one of our pre made 12 week rowing programs. Catering for both the still water rower and the indoor rowing competitor, the pre made programs will give you the sessions to ensure your rowing improves from week to week towards your goals.
What about technical feedback
Depending on the program or service you choose we can provide world class technical feedback on your rowing stroke, whether by analysing your rowing stroke from video footage you submit, or by watching you live on the ergo through Skype we can assist you to maximise every rowing stroke you take.
